Wiley-Wilson is a thriving 100% Employee-Owned full service Architecture and Engineering firm. We are seeking a self-starter Marketing Coordinator with experience in marketing professional services with specific expertise in proposal generation and short list interview support.
Essential duties and responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator position will be responsible for the development of proposals and short list interviews, along with the related administrative duties required to support these efforts. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Gathering content, graphics, and relevant information from technical, marketing, and administrative sources to support proposal development, short list interview preparation, and other marketing needs.
Planning, preparing, editing, and finalizing proposal submittals and shortlist interviews in response to RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs. Efforts must be responsive to various client formatting requirements (federal government, state agencies, local municipalities, private sector clients) and selection criteria.
Providing general collaboration and support to marketing, business development, and other business areas as required.
Minimum education and requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience marketing professional services in Architecture/Engineering or a closely related industry. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (InDesign) and Microsoft Office. Candidates should have strong planning, organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work under stringent deadlines. Direct experience preparing various government standard form submittals is a plus. This position reports directly to the Office Manager (Senior Vice President).
This position can be located in any of our five offices; Lynchburg, Richmond, Alexandria, Raleigh, or Atlanta. The position requires working directly with technical personnel as well as marketing and administrative staff in multiple offices.
