Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demandAssist with food and table prep before the event beginsSet up buffets and tables with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performanceServe plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needsCommunicate with banquet supervisor as well as other servers and event organizersServe alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesOpen wine, take drink orders, Request bar orders and prepare non-alcoholic beveragesClean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasksRoom flip/breakdown room, Removing chairs, tables, linens, sweep/mop, remove trashAbility to speak and hearClose and distance visionFrequently walking with some standing at times, possibly extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessaryFrequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs.Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedlyWork other types of shifts on the Upshift platform as you desire!
