DESCRIPTION

Mid-Con Management LLC - is seeking candidates for Event/Daily Attendants. Event/Daily Attendants are responsible for handling cash, processing credit card payments, directing traffic, providing directions, counting open stalls, writing warnings/tickets, monitoring the flow of traffic, valet assist, customer experience, and promoting a professional image. We have hours ranging from starting at 6am or working till 10pm, 7 days a week.

Requirements

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cash handling as a cashier requires speed, accuracy, and organization during an event.
  • Efficiency in handling credit card transactions while keeping the customer's credit card visible to them
  • Assistance in monitoring/directing traffic so as not to impede the flow while maximizing the efficiency of getting the customer into a parking stall and creating a great customer experience
  • Learning the area and how to give directions within the downtown area
  • Being able to accurately assess the number of parkable stalls within a facility to avoid overselling while maximizing revenue
  • Ability to write warning or tickets as needed to help change parking behavior to benefit all customers parking within a facility
  • Knowledge of different makes and models to be able to start and move vehicles in a timely manner
  • Being the first and last person a customer sees when attending events or daily business requires our customer service oriented employees to be top notch. Traits we are looking for are:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Some college preferred but not required
  • Desire a minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • May be required to stand for 4-8 hour shifts depening upon location and needs
  • Must be able to work in inclement weather
