Director of Culinary Services

Long Term Healthcare facility is seeking a Director of Dietary Services.

Under the direction of the Dietician/Administrator, the Director will assist in the planning, organizing, developing and direction of the overall Dietary Department in accordance with the current applicable Federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • AAS degree in Food Service or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a Long-Term Care facility
  • Must have extensive knowledge of food management, menu planning, and dietary therapy
  • Must have knowledge of food purchasing and inventory control
