The successful candidate will be joining our IGT PlaySports business team which already has the most successful B2B sports betting platform offering in the US. We are pursuing a long-term vision to bring world-class full-service sports betting solutions to every casino in every state and tribal territory of the US by leveraging all IGT s assets in this diverse marketplace, including our deep customer relationships, coast-to-coast licensing and our unrivalled global resources, experience and technical capabilities. IGT is looking for a Product Manager for our North American Sports Betting solution. We are looking for a person who has a passion for Sports Betting and who wants to be part of history as we bring our unique and proven solutions to the industry across North America. This position can be based either in our Providence, Rhode Island Office or our Las Vegas, Nevada Office.
  • Coordinate and perform field research into our product performance, including client feedback, user testing etc.
  • Gather and collate market and competitor intelligence, synthesise research into evidence-based strategy recommendations.
  • Support business development with technical pre-sales support.
  • Liaise with marketing team on marketing strategy.
  • Other on the ground product support and liaison as required
  • Knowledge or Passion of Sports Betting.
  • Knowledge of IGT sports betting platform, or demonstrable ability to quickly learn details of our product helpful.
  • Good communication skills with both technical and business staff, including client communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to add value to a B2B sales process.
  • Ability to articulate and explain complex concepts in a straightforward and effective way to customers, stakeholders and players.
  • Available for frequent travel within the continental US.
  • No impediments to obtaining a gaming license in relevant states.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required.
