GP Strategies has an immediate need for a Training Coordinator to work onsite at our client site in North Wales, PA. This is a full-time, benefitted position. For this role, you are able to work remotely two days a week and the other three days you will need to be onsite.

Job Summary:

  • Schedule training programs as necessary with Preferred external vendors
  • Create Task Orders for external vendors
  • Request Task Orders from external vendors (provide name of group/location/contact)
  • Source internal or external facilitators for specific dates and locations
  • Submit Scheduled Offering requests
  • Submit Registration/Cancellation requests
  • Set up meetings one month in advance with contact to confirm session details
  • Review agenda with contact and make applicable updates as needed
  • Add/update session information into schedule and Calendar
  • Solicit for and process replacements for cancellations to fill empty seats
  • Distribute communications to learners as needed: Save the date invitations, Confirmation emails, Reminder emails, pre-work, post work
  • Collaborate with extremal vendors, as needed
  • Send WebEx link to participants/instructors if applicable
  • Order session materials - includes determining class size and where materials should be shipped to
  • Track course materials 3 days prior to Scheduled Offering
  • Confirm instructor availability two to four weeks prior to program via email
  • Submit a Record Attendance request to have credit granted for attendees
  • Submit Evaluation requests
  • Update the schedule to include the class tally and upload the Evaluation report
  • Obtain and forward course material invoices
  • Obtain and forward external vendor invoices


  • Prior experience in training, coordination or administrative support type function
  • Expert at Excel and strong proficiency in MS products

  • Mindset for continuous improvement, efficiency and productivity
  • Conceptual thinking abilities (vision, problem solving)
  • Comfortable with systems technologies, tools and supporting processes
