Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Sales Coordinator at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel located in Rochester, NY. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for administration of sales contracts and group bookings. What will your job responsibilities and duties be? ? Meet and greet clients to detail events booked at the hotel. ? Prepare room blocks, proposals, confirmations, thank you letters, function sheets, and rooming lists. ? Communicate with clients to gather final counts and final payments. ? Preparation and distribution of Banquet Event Orders. ? Collect and complete report for market share analysis. What does our ideal candidate look like? ? Some sales/hospitality experience ? Enjoy working as part of a team ? Detail oriented ? Strong computer skills ? Ability to work a flexible schedule ?
